Pavlos Galanis

Pavlos Galanis is a drummer and session musician based in Trikala, Greece. His musical roots lie in traditional percussion, where he took his first steps alongside his father, Vasilis Galanis. He later trained in piano, classical percussion, and drums, developing a musical identity influenced by rock, funk, fusion, and contemporary music.

He is currently a student in the Department of Music Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Rockschool Grade 8 certification. He has also participated in masterclasses with internationally acclaimed musicians such as Adam Deitch, Eric Moore, and David Garibaldi, continuously expanding his technical skills and musical approach.

As a session drummer and recording engineer at Pink Studios, he is actively involved in recording sessions, music production, and creative projects, collaborating with artists and musical ensembles across a variety of genres. He has performed live at venues in Greece and abroad, gaining extensive experience both in live performance and in the studio production process.
