Michael was born in Athens. He was a student of Giotis kiourtzoglou, George Fakanas and Anthony Jackson. He has participated in clinics from Tom kenedy, Victor Wooten, Mike Stern to Billy Sheehan and many more.
He has collaborated with Alex Foster (SNL), Brice Wassy (Manu Dibango), Chad Lefkowitz-Brown (Taylor Swift), MILO Z (Vocals), Kristian Randalu (piano), Bodek Janke (Drums), Lee Anduze (Parov Stelar), Jean Loop Longnon (Trumpet), Barbara Martinez (Vocals), Andreas Arnold (Guitar), Engin Kaan Gunaydin (NY Gypsy All Stars), Tony Royster Jr ( Jay-Z), Rob Harris (Jamiroquai), George Kollias (Nile), Yiannis Papadopoulos (Scott Stap) and many well known artists in Greece such us Marinela, Thivaios, Thanos Mikroutsikos and many more.
He has 10 years collaboration with the Lab Drum Camp where he had played with the drummers:
Eric Moore, Virgil Donati, Chris Coleman, Horacio 'El negro' Hernandez, Richard Spaven, Mike Johnston, Anika Nilles, Gergo Borlai, Mike Dolbear, Ralf Gottlieb, Derrek Roddy, Thomas Pridgen, Larnell Lewis, Ash Soan, Keith Carlock, Stanton Moore, Wiktoria Bialic, Dave DiCenso, Dave Elitch, Dennis Chambers, Gregg Bissonette.
He has toured all over Greece, played for most of the theaters in the country, participated in big musicals and experimental theatrical performances. He has toured in the U.S, Italy, UK, Belgium, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Turkey, Poland, Cyprus and Luxembourg.
He has participated in numerous jazz bands where he has written music for and performed in most of the jazz festivals in Greece.

As an educator he has a 25 years experience. Teaching at Lab Music Education for 13 years.

He teaches El. Bass, theory and harmony and pedagogy at Lab Music Education in Athens.
