Maria Papadopoulou

Maria Papadopoulou has been involved in music since her early childhood. 

She has studied piano and advanced music theory, obtaining the corresponding diplomas. 

She is a graduate of the Department of Music Studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree in musicology/music education.

She has been engaged both academically and professionally in ethnomusicology and has taught numerous polyphonic workshops and world music vocal groups. She has been working as a contemporary piano teacher for the past 12 years. 

She has taught music in public schools, conservatories, and cultural associations.

Since 2024, she has been teaching modern piano at LAB Music Education, while also performing as a keyboardist in three music bands covering rock, disco, and jazz music.
