Aspasia Fragkoulopoulou
Aspasia was born and raised in Athens, Greece. From an early age, she began studying piano and became a member of the Children’s Choir of the National Conservatory of Athens. There, she also studied classical singing, music theory, music history, sight reading and choir conducting.
In 2006, she enrolled at Deree – The American College of Greece, where she studied Theater Arts and Music. During that time, she discovered her passion for Musical Theater and began private vocal training with Valerie Accetta. At the same time, she explored dance through jazz classes with Chuck Foster, among others.
In the summer of 2009, she participated in the Jacob’s Pillow – Broadway in Athens workshop under the direction of Chet Walker and Ric Ryder. After graduating, she continued her vocal studies with Lia Hide at the Musical Praxis Conservatory, where she obtained the LCM Grade 8 in Musical Theater.
In 2012, she was part of the Greek delegation that represented Greece at the Melodrama Festival in Jelcz-Laskowice, Poland, presenting works by composer Manos Hadjidakis alongside Musical Theater repertoire. Later that summer, she attended a two-week intensive Musical Theater workshop at the Guildford School of Acting, taught by Doug Quinn and Stuart Winter.
She was later accepted into the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel in Belgium, where she earned a Professional BA in Musical Theater. She has also participated in workshops and masterclasses with Natalie Weiss, Edward Hoepelman, Michael Mills, Jeroen Phaff, Michael Howell, Mathieu Serradell and Ditte Berkeley.

Her teaching experience spans a wide range of ages and vocal approaches, including breath-based techniques, Estill Voice Training and Complete Vocal Technique (CVT). She has taught both private and group singing lessons at MusicForLab, the Contemporary Conservatory of Athens and Musicalcompagnie Mithe in Belgium.
Over the past few years, she has also been deeply involved in yoga practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Evergreen Yoga Studios and currently teaches Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga.
She is fluent in both English and Dutch/Flemish.
