Aimilia Papatheochari has studied classical piano, contemporary singing, and classical vocal performance (monody). She completed a three-year workshop in “Music Composition for Theatre” at the National Theatre of Greece under the supervision of Kornilios Selamsis and Nikos Kypourgos. At the same time, she was a member of the choir Cappella Sancti Pauli of Iason Marmaras for two years. She has also completed a three-year postgraduate program in Carl Orff Music and Movement Education, recognized by the Orff-Schulwerk Forum Salzburg. She is a graduate of the Department of Theatre Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
With her personal music project Emi Path, she has released two studio albums, The Shadow (2017) and V O I D (2023), as well as two live albums, The Shadow Live (2020) and V O I D Live (2025).
In addition, she composed the piece Petrichor for the end credits of the short film One and a Half Question, directed by Tasou Palisidou (2020). She has also set sonnets to music and composed original music for the theatrical performance Soneto, directed by Thanasis Akkokalidis (2023).
She is a member of the music project Okeano, where she sings and creates arrangements using soundscapes, drones, and synthesizers. Finally, she is a member of the live band of Paidi Trauma, where she plays keyboards and sings.
